Today, you can find plenty of storage solutions that hold gigabytes of data. For instance, only a few years ago, flash memory was available in 32 or 64 MB, today you can get memory for almost the same price, except it can hold 1 or 2 GB. Hard drives have seen a quantum leap in storage as well. Most computers 5 or 6 years ago had less than 1 GB of storage capacity. Nowadays, you can find large storage hard drives that hold more than 250 GB. In fact, there is a new hard drive that stores 750 GB, almost a terabyte of information and the cost is less than $500.
Super large storage is relatively affordable and with a couple hundred dollars, you pretty much have your pick of almost any size. This is great for people that require large amounts of storage to archive their video or images or businesses that find it necessary to back up their data daily.
