A great way to cook meals that have lots of taste, do not require additional oil and are easy to clean up after can be cooked with electric grills.  Many people love food cooked on an outside grill, but outdoor grilling takes lots of prep time and good weather, electric grills work year round, are extremely simple to set up and clean up after. Most electric grills are very affordable and cost from $20 to about $100.  There are also family size grills that are free standing and resemble a back yard barbeque.  These grills are little more expensive but great for cooking larger meals.
