Create an Audio Blog (podcast)

An audio blog is the marriage of two technologies, the blog and podcast. Everyone knows what a blog is, but a podcast is a generic name for an audio file that can contain music talk, a mix of both that is recorded and uploaded onto the internet as a downloaded file that can be placed on an iPod player or other type of mp3 player.
Audio blogs are a great way to entertain or enlighten others that don’t have time to read or are in their cars where they can’t read a computer screen. Audio blogs are extremely easy; you just need a microphone and an audio recording application on your computer. You can then just upload your file in mp3 or ACC file onto your blog, where it can be downloaded.
Not only are audio blogs perfect for the home based radio station, but you can create lectures, advice audio files and even create audio blogs on travel, where you give others a premade walking tour of a city or famous landmark.
